 Side-dump Mine Caris a rail transportation equipment specially designed for efficient transportation and unloading of bulk materials (such as ore, waste rock, coal, etc.) in narrow spaces such as mines, tunnels, and underground mines. Its core feature lies in its unique unloading method - materials are dumped from the side of the vehicle body instead of the end.

Side-dump Mine Cars: 

Typically designed with sturdy U-shaped or V-shaped open compartments, welded from high-strength steel plates to withstand impact and wear. One side of the carriage is a fixed side panel, and the other side is an openable side door.

 During the flipping process of the carriage, the side release door automatically opens outward and downward under the action of gravity or linkage mechanism.

 When the mining car reaches the designated unloading point (such as above the unloading bin or chute), the side of the carriage equipped with a side unloading door will be lifted along the preset unloading curved track (curved track) or directly lifted and flipped by a hydraulic cylinder.

The carriage tilts sideways (usually at an angle of 35 ° -45 °), and the material is quickly and cleanly unloaded from the open side door under the action of gravity. The unloading process does not require unhooking or manual intervention, and has a high degree of automation.
