K-type electrically driven coal feeder is a continuous and uniform feeding equipment used for loose materials such as coal. It consists of core components such as frame, bottom plate (coal feeding trough), transmission platform, funnel, gate, and roller.

Introduction to Electrically Driven Coal Feeder :

It drives the crank connecting rod mechanism through an electric motor, which drives the inclined 5 ° bottom plate to perform reciprocating motion for unloading, suitable for high flow conveying scenarios in mines and coal preparation plants.The equipment has the characteristics of reliable structure and flexible adjustment, and the structural form with funnel or adjustable gate can be selected according to the needs. 

During installation, it needs to be fixed at the storage bin mouth and undergo no-load debugging. Daily maintenance includes component inspection and lubrication management.

K-type electrically driven coal feeder is composed of a frame, a bottom plate (feeding trough) transmission platform, a funnel gate, and rollers. Its transmission principle: When the electric motor is started, the inclined bottom plate is dragged by the elastic coupling, reducer, and crank connecting mechanism to make linear reciprocating motion on the roller, evenly unloading the coal onto the transportation machinery or other screening equipment.

K-type electrically driven coal feeder is available in two forms: with funnel and regulating valve, and without funnel or regulating valve. This machine is suitable for mines and coal preparation plants, loading coal evenly into conveyors or other screening and storage devices through coal bunkers.
