 Types of JD vertical shaft multi-rope skip:

1. According to the cage way, there are two kinds of steel wire rope cage way and rectangular combined rigid cage way.

 2. According to the different gate opening and closing modes, it can be divided into external dynamic unloading and curved rail automatic unloading. 

Structure and characteristics JD vertical shaft multi-rope bottom dump skip consists of lifting wire rope tension balance suspension device, frame, bucket box, gate device, tail rope suspension device, guiding device and safety railing.

Special container for vertical shaft lifting coal. The coal is loaded into the skip through the loading equipment under the shaft.

 After it is lifted to the unloading position on the shaft, the skip gate is opened by the gate opening and closing device to unload the coal into the coal receiving bin.

After unloading, the skip gate is closed and leaves the unloading position. The coal is loaded at the bottom of the shaft. Vertical shaft skip can be divided into vertical shaft single-rope skip and vertical shaft multi-rope skip according to different hoists used together.
