Bucket Tipping Mine Car:

The tipping bucket mining car (also known as the mining bucket) is mainly composed of the following parts: the mining car box, frame, buffer mining car head, three ring chain, mining car pin axle, and wheels. The characteristics of the dump truck are simple overall structure, sturdy and durable, easy to use, and the ability to easily unload materials by manually opening the stop plate. The shape is divided into U-shaped and V-shaped, generally also known as bucket mining car. The wheel axle adopts roller bearings, effectively reducing the running resistance, so it can be pulled or pushed by locomotives or manpower. Bearings are divided into solid and hollow shafts, with 30313 bearings.

 The solid shaft is 80 thick, and the mining car is made of steel plates. Generally, the thickness of the steel plate reaches 4-5. If there are special requirements, it can be customized according to the requirements. The base is composed of 14 # channel steel.

 It is composed of a V-shaped or U-shaped section carriage, manual or pedal linkage, flipping rail, frame, etc. The carriage relies on the conversion between the heavy load center of gravity and the empty load center of gravity for flipping, unloading, and restoring to its original position. The commonly used volume is 0.6-1.7m3
