Bottom dump mining trucks are the core transportation equipment for transporting ores and gangue on the ground and underground tunnels in coal mines, and are widely used in the coal mining industry.

Bottom-dump Mine Car:

The car body adopts a metal rivet welding structure, consisting of components such as carriages, frames, buffering devices, connectors, and axles. Automatic unloading is achieved through the cooperation of unloading wheel arms and curved rails. This device is widely used in large and medium-sized mines, with high unloading efficiency and strong operational safety, but it has technical defects such as easy damage to the unloading curved track. In recent years, innovative designs such as protective devices and cleaning systems have been added through patented technology improvements, further enhancing equipment reliability and maintenance convenience.

 The unloading process needs to be completed at the dedicated unloading station at the bottom of the well, and the specific process includes:
1.After the mining car enters the unloading station, the carriage is suspended and positioned through the roller track
2.The chassis of the carriage automatically opens under the weight of its own weight and the weight of the ore
3.The unloading wheel at the rear end of the chassis rolls along the unloading curved track to open the bottom door of the vehicle
4.The ore falls into the unloading pit due to gravity, and the unloading rate can reach over 98%
