The MFBL vertical shaft blast-proof door is used at the mouth of the vertical air shaft. When the fan stops running, the explosion-proof door can automatically rise. 

Introduction to Vertical Shaft Blast-proof Door  : 

This vertical shaft blast-proof door is used for vertical air shafts and is suitable for negative pressure of fans, with two types of pressure not exceeding 3432Pa and 4413Pa; The heavy hammer of the heavy hammer device can be adjusted according to actual needs to ensure that the explosion-proof door automatically rises when the fan stops running. It is sealed with liquid and the sealing medium is oil or a mixture of oil and water. Water seals can be used in non icing areas.

Product composition of vertical shaft blast-proof door :

The MFBL vertical shaft blast-proof door  consists of explosion-proof cover, return air device, heavy hammer device and other components.

1. The explosion-proof cover adopts a conical structure and is connected in four parts, each of which is welded from steel plates and angle steels.

2. The return air device is of the pressure plate type.

3. The heavy hammer device consists of a heavy hammer frame, pulleys, and counterweights.

4. The sealing method adopts steel plate welding outer ring plate fixed with δ 15 rubber plate for sealing.
