Introducing the Robust and Reliable Single-deck Vertical Shaft Cage

Single-rope cage of vertical shaft is generally used for auxiliary shaft of coal mine for hoisting personnel, gangue, equipment, materials, etc. For small mines, it can be used for the main shaft for coal and ore lifting.

Introduction to Single-deck Vertical Shaft Cage :

 

The single-rope cage is composed of wedge rope ring, catcher, tank body, car stopper in the tank and guiding device. If it is used for getting on and off the tank, rope breaking safety device (fall arrester) must be provided. See the attached table for specific model parameters of common single-rope cage.

Cage is an important equipment in mine hoisting operation, with high requirements on safety performance, power consumption and service life. It has been made of plain carbon steel for many years.

The new steel-aluminum alloy cage developed by our company uses high-strength alloy steel and aluminum profile materials to replace the original plain carbon steel materials, with prominent advantages and obvious effects. 

High-strength alloy steel is a special steel newly produced in recent years. The mechanical property of alloy steel is superior to that of plain carbon steel, and the tensile strength is 2.5 times more than that of plain carbon steel. Therefore, the safety performance of steel-aluminum alloy cage is superior to that of conventional steel cage.
